We're looking for a multifaceted Associate Producer to help us bring the magical world of Xadia to life in our new multiplayer game based on the Emmy® Award-winning Netflix series, The Dragon Prince!

As a member of our Production team, you will play a key role in driving game development, overcoming obstacles, and ensuring our projects cross the finish line smoothly as possible. You will be highly cross-functional and bring a consultative approach into a strong collaborative environment to help our designers, artists, and engineers to reach their goals and milestones.

If building a game excites you as much as playing one, our Associate Producer role might be the opportunity you’re looking for!

You Will:

  • Own production for a functional team(s), with a focus on ongoing pipeline improvements, prioritization, and clear and effective communication between teams in support of regular game development deliveries
  • Work with designers, artists, engineers, QA, and leadership to coordinate and deliver high quality products
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and partner teams to ensure that our schedule aligns with all priorities and necessary considerations
  • Own the coordination and communication of day-to-day tasking and scheduling for your teams
  • Proactively identify gaps and bottlenecks that may prevent the team from achieving their goals in a timely manner, and collaborate with Production Leadership to resolve said issues
  • Help create a warm, welcoming, and collaborative team culture

You Are:

  • Effective in your communication to enable a collaborative environment between department and stakeholders
  • Proactive in your approach that will help streamline production
  • Relentlessly self-organized and detail oriented

Required Qualifications:

  • Familiar with Jira, Confluence, or other comparable applications

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior producer experience with games
  • Familiarity with Unreal game development processes
  • Have worked with various departments: Art, Engineering, Design, Audio, etc.

The annual base pay range for this position in Los Angeles, California is $70,000 USD - $120,000 USD. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and overall experience.
